Christmas Spectacular 2026 FAQs

Ticketing

What time are the shows?

Show times:

Friday 11 December 2026 at 7:00pm
Saturday 12 December 2026 at 4:00pm
Saturday 12 December 2026 at 7:00pm

Can I buy tickets on arrival?

We do not usually have door sale tickets, as our Christmas Spectacular has sold out every year and we expect it to sell out again for Nutcracker. To secure your tickets, before they sell out, we recommend you purchase your tickets as soon as possible.

What if I can’t make the show, I have bought a ticket for or would like to transfer to another show time?

If you are no longer able to make the show that you have purchased tickets for, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Subject to availability, we may be able to transfer your tickets to a later show or provide a refund. If you are wanting to transfer to a different show time, we recommend purchasing tickets for the show you are wanting to attend and then email us to request a refund for the original show time. This is the best way to secure tickets, as the shows may reach capacity before we are able to respond. We will not be able to transfer tickets to sold out shows.

What do I do if the show I want to attend has sold out before I have purchased a ticket?

We recommend you look at other available show options as tickets for sold-out shows are unlikely to become available again.

Can I go on the waitlist for a show at capacity?

We strongly recommend securing tickets to another show rather than waiting for tickets to become available as we do not expect to release any more tickets to shows at capacity.

I purchased tickets for the wrong show – what can I do?

Please email us at [email protected] and we may be able to transfer your tickets to another show, subject to availability.

Are there concession prices for the show?

We are not offering a concession price on tickets. Just price brackets based on age groups (adult, youth, child).

Venue

What time can I arrive from?

The site will be open approximately two hours before each show, with food stalls, and entertainment. We encourage you to come early to secure a park and skip the queues as you get your entry wristband.

Where can I park for the event?

There will be on-site and limited street parking available. We will also have parking available in the multi-storey car park building (access via Enfield Street). Look out for the LIFE carpark team and our green discs for available parks. Uber and the Parkable app may be useful alternatives.

What food will be available to purchase?

Food trucks and treat stalls will be on-site with delicious bites and sweet treats to keep the festive spirit going, along with our own LIFE Cafés open with a range of food options to purchase at the event

Can I choose my seats?

There is no allocated seating for in the shows. We recommend you come early prior to doors opening to find your preferred seating.

What mobility-accessible options will you have available for me?

We have a limited number of mobility car parks on-site. Please show your mobility pass to our car park team upon arrival.

We also have spaces in our auditorium for wheelchairs along with plenty of floor seating for those unable to navigate stairs.

We are unable to prebook any mobility parking or seating. Mobility parks and seating is on a first in first served basis.

Can I bring food into the auditorium?

Hot food is not permitted in the auditorium.

Do you have gluten free options onsite?

We do our best to have Gluten Free options available at our food trucks and believe there will be options available. However, we are unsure over whether these trucks would meet Coeliac requirements, so would recommend asking the trucks directly, on the day.

Our café will not have gluten free options.

Will the food trucks and Santa be available after the show?

Yes, all the site will be open for approximately 1 hour after the last show.

Children

Is there a children’s programme for the event?

There is a preschool programme for children 1-4 years old. Registration is required. Please note, if you register your child for the preschool programme, their ticket does not include admission into the show.

Can my children attend the show with me?

You can purchase a ticket for your child to attend the show. Please note the Toddler ticket requires the child to be always sitting on an adult’s lap. If you think your child might not be able to sit through the entire show, we recommend that you register them for the Preschool programme as well.

Programme

Will the event be available to view online?

We will not be offering an online option to watch Nutcracker as it is specifically designed for those attending in person.

What time will doors open?

Doors to the auditorium will open approximately 30 minutes before each show.

Are there flashing lights?

The show may contain flashing lights. Please be aware of this for young children and those suffering from light sensitivity conditions e.g. epilepsy.

Can I film or photograph the show?

Due to copyright restrictions, we request that you do not film or photograph the show.

What can I expect with noise levels and special effects?

We do our best to ensure a safe and comfortable listening environment for everyone. The shows include special effects that can be loud such as confetti cannons, pyrotechnics and low fog.
